Welcome to the Quadco Store. By accessing our website, purchasing our standard products, or requesting a custom quote, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Conditions

Standard Orders: Standard products purchased directly through our checkout are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing & Taxes: All prices are subject to change. Custom quotes will explicitly state applicable freight and taxes.
2. The Custom Order & Quote Process
If you are requesting a custom build, the following process and conditions apply:

Step 1: Requesting a Quote: Customers must fill out our custom quote form with as much detail as possible. Submitting a form does not guarantee we will take on the project.

Step 2: Review & Pricing: If we can fulfill your request, we will provide a formal quote outlining the scope of work, estimated timelines, and total cost (including freight). This quote is valid for [e.g., 30 days] from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if you alter the scope of the project after the initial quote.

Step 3: Deposit & Approval: To secure your spot in our queue, a [e.g., 50%] non-refundable deposit is required. No design or production work will begin until this deposit is received.

Step 4: Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final shipment of your custom order.
3. Timelines: Lead, Build, and Turnaround Times
Because custom orders require dedicated resources, please review our timeline definitions below. The clock starts only after your deposit is paid.

Lead Time: This is the time it takes for your project to reach the front of our queue. Current estimated lead times are [e.g., 2-4 weeks].

Build Time: This is the active manufacturing and assembly phase of your custom product. Depending on the complexity of your quote, build time typically takes [e.g., 1-3 weeks] once the lead time concludes.

Total Turnaround Time: This is the comprehensive timeline from the moment you pay your deposit to the day your item is handed over to the freight carrier. (Turnaround Time = Lead Time + Build Time).

Note on Timelines: All stated timelines are estimates. Material shortages, freight delays, or major revisions to the custom design will extend the turnaround time.
4. Shipping and Freight Delivery

Standard Shipping: Standard items will be shipped via our parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) within [e.g., 2-3 business days] of order placement.

Freight Orders: Large or custom items will be shipped via LTL freight. You must provide an accurate delivery address and specify if a liftgate, residential delivery, or inside delivery is required. Additional accessorial charges incurred at the time of delivery due to inaccurate address information will be billed to the customer.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to you once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier. Please inspect all freight deliveries for damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
5. Returns and Cancellations

7. Return and Refund Policy
Quadco accepts return requests within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be submitted through our online self-serve return form and approved by Quadco before any refund or exchange is issued.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Returned with all original packaging, parts, and documentation

Submitted within the 30-day return window

Approved by Quadco before being sent back
Quadco may deny returns for items that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
How to Start a Return
Customers may start a return request through our online self-serve return form. Once your request is submitted, Quadco will review the order details and determine whether the item is eligible for return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and any required return authorization information. Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Quadco determines the return is due to an error with the order.
If a return label is provided, the customer is responsible for the label cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Quadco.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by Quadco.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible items, subject to Quadco approval and product availability. If an exchange is not available, Quadco may offer a refund or store credit.
Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before it has shipped or been processed, Quadco will review the order and determine whether cancellation is possible.
If the order has already shipped or entered processing, the customer may need to complete the standard return process. In that case, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the item must be received and approved by Quadco before any refund or exchange is issued.
